The Villa
Designed with comfort in mind, Asraya Villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper floor is a serene retreat, featuring a bathtub and a shower for a spa-like experience. On the ground floor, two additional bedrooms are set within a private wing of the villa, offering further seclusion. One bedroom features twin beds, while the other has a queen-sized bed. Both share a private living space and a mini kitchen, making this area ideal for families or friends traveling together.

- Check-in time: 2 pm / Check-out time: 12 noon
- Late check-out until 6 pm can be arranged at half the rental rate (subject to availability)
- Reservations are required prior to arrival.
- Reservations are only valid with a Guarantee Deposit.
- A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your booking for the villa and will be collected upon arrival by the Villa Manager. Please be informed that this is mandatory policy. This deposit will be held to cover any accidental damages, excessive cleaning fees, or additional charges incurred during your stay. Additional surcharge may apply if the damage did not cover the total bill of the damage

Great villa and staff! There is a lot of things to do and live near the villa. The beach is a five-minute walk away. There are several supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. You can order food for the villa from the staff. The pool is gorgeous. We lived like at home
